The date of the second round of the presidential election is known. The second round of elections will be held on November 28 - Wednesday. The decision was made by the Central Election Commission several minutes ago.

The opposition demanded to postpone the date of the meeting but the commission did not consider this request.

The opposition protests against appointment of elections in the middle of the week. Opponents of the government say that the appointment of the elections in the middle of the week is intentional, because people will not be able to arrive in the region and abroad will not be able to leave the job.

According to the member of "Georgian Dream", there is no political interest on which day the second round of presidential elections will be held.

According to the CEC chairperson, November 28, Wednesday will be declared as a holiday day.
