Attacks on Opposition Representatives, Pressure on Voters and Political Revenge - Civil Sector calls on political parties to conduct pre-election processes with non-violent methods.

"When it comes to the facts of physical violence, full responsibility is always on the government, because whoever is the oppressor, responsible is the government," said George Mshvenieradze, chairman of the Georgian Democratic Initiative.
