The day of Soviet occupation - the flags on the Parliament, the government"s administration, the President"s residence and other state institutions have been lowered.
In honor of hundreds of thousands of victims of the occupation, state flags will be lowered on the whole territory of Georgia.
A number of events have been planned.The Georgian Parliament announced in 2010 that February 25 was declared as the day of the Soviet occupation.
