The opposition has started collecting million signatures in order to change the electoral system. 20 opposition parties demand to hold a 2020 parliamentary election with a proportional list. They discussed today how to force the government to change the constitution. All minus one - the opposition will try in this format to prevent Bidzina Ivanishvili"s team from coming to power again.
