Tea Tsulukiani agrees with the initiative of the President to move the Pardon Commission to the Ministry of Justice. According to the Minister of Justice, the agency is studying the concept. According to Tsulukiani, if the pardon commission is transferred to the Ministry of Justice, the legislative amendments will be necessary.
According to Tea Tsulukiani, if the commission will be transferred to the Ministry of Justice, the President"s institution will not be damaged.The Justice Minister explains that it is not yet known whether the Commission will be maintained, but if it exists, it should be composed of professionals.
The Justice Minister believes that the Pardon Commission should include the writers and artists, but social workers, psychologists and teachers.
