Davit Kirkitadze"s trial will be held on the background of law enforcers" mobilization. It may be linked to arrival of those 3000 people, who are ready to stand as guarantors for Davit Kirkitadze and demand to release him.
As Kirkitadze"s lawyer explains, they are ready to follow the procedure and attend the trial .

During the previous proceedings, the lawyer submitted 15,000 signatures demanding the release of a politician , which the judge did not consider as sufficient because the applicants were not on the spot.

According to the lawyer Giorgi Kondakhashvili, the judge"s challenge has been accepted and not theCourt has to pass the test of justice.
