Russian occupants have left Khurvaleti, however, the traces found in the gardens of the locals indicate that the occupation regime was preparing to install new wire fences in the village.
State Minister for Reconciliation and Civic Equality Ketevan Tsikhelashvili says that there was no incident in the village and calls on every citizen for responsibility.
"This time there was no incident. I want to call on everybody and not only politicians about this, activists and any citizen to be very responsible when we talk about state security and security related issues, "said Ketevan Tsikhelashvili.
Georgian law enforcers allowed the monitoring group and journalists for a short time in Khurvaleti and allowed them to see the area where locals saw the occupants yesterday.
According to them, the gardens are sprung, indicating that the occupation regime has cleaned this area for installing of new wire fences, but after the civil sector and Georgian law enforcers intervened, they retreated.
The occupants are no longer in the villages nearby Gori, but the police force still remains in place and the visit to Khurvaleti is still restricted
