53% of the population think that the court is biased - "Transparency International" research


More than half of the population thinks that the court is biased - it is said in the research of Transparency International Georgia.

According to the survey, 43% of respondents think that the judiciary is controlled by the government"s influential team.

35% believe that the court is corrupt.

The absolute majority think that those judges, who were taking decisions under pressure of the previous government should not be in the court.

On the question - is the judicial system biased toward the ruling party, the answers are as follows:
