Ketevan Tsikhelashvili comments on holding large- scale military exercises by Russia in occupied Abkhazia and states that it is a policy of demonstration of force.

According to the State Minister for Reconciliation and Civic Equality, military exercises are Russia"s reaction to Georgia"s foreign policy and NATO rapprochement.

"This is a force demonstration policy. Unfortunately, there is nothing new. More than 120 different military exercises and maneuvers were carried out in the past year. This time, with the participation of 3 thousand soldiers, very large exercises are being conducted. This indicates two things. One is the fact that our occupied territories have become shooting-ranges and secondly, it is Russian policy, "said Ketevan Tsikhelashvili.
