"I have neither information nor expectations regarding replacement of ministers," said Irakli Sesiashvili, chairman of the Parliamentary Committee for Defense and Security, on the possible replacement of Levan Izoria with Shavlego Tabatadze.
The issue of replacement of Izoria with Tabatadze was voiced after Shavlego Tabatadze left Imereti Governor"s post.
According to Sesiashvili, Tabatadze worked well in the post of Imereti governor, but now he is welcome to the army."I have neither information nor expectations regarding replacement of ministers. Levan Izoria a few days ago addressed the Parliament and it can be said that Levan is one of the most distinguished reformers. The results achieved in this agency are recognized by the international community. He has full support from the Parliament, the Committee and I am sure that Levan will continue to serve. Shavlego has always been a worthy officer and I heard that as a governor he worked very well and was one of the most successful leaders in the region, I would like to say I will be very happy if he return to the army. He wants to return to his profession, I see only positive and I welcome it because the army loves Shavlego and needs his professionalism, "- said Sesiashvili.
