Scandalous statements and willingness of the former Minister of Economics to arrive in the parliament - Giorgi Kobulia"s arrival was discussed at the sitting of the Committee on Sector Economy and Economic Policy.

The opposition demands Kobulia to come to the parliament. The opponents of the government think that the former minister has too much to say.

According to Roman Gotsiridze, member of National Movement, Giorgi Kobulia made an alarming statement when he said that informal pressure was being carried out.

"We welcome the fact that he himself expressed a desire to come to the Committee of Sector Economy. He mentioned the committee, so we ask to ensure his arrival and his report is in the committee, "said Roman Gotsiridze.

Roman Kakulia, the chairman of the Committee on Sector Economy shares the opposition"s demand. According to him, he will make a decision after consultations with the committee members.

Revaz Arveladze, a member of the parliamentary majority, does not agree with the demands of the opposition and Roman Kakulia. The MP says that Kobulia is offended by the government team and his scandalous statements are based on this.

Roman Kakulia does not agree with Revaz Arveladze"s position. According to him, the issue will become more sensible if the Committee refuses to listen to the former Minister of Economy.
