The Eastern Partnership jubilee had a scandalous for Georgia start. The President of the European Council did not meet with the Prime Minister of Georgia. Donald Tusk held a face-to-face meetings with only three representatives from the 6 countries participating in the Eastern Partnership Program - Ukraine, Moldova and Azerbaijan. Tusk did not find time to speak to the foreign ministers of Georgia, Armenia and Belarus.
Why did not Tusk meet with Georgian delegation? No comment has been made on this issue at this stage.
The acting president of Ukraine spoke about his future plans.
