Tamta Muradashvili, a lawyer of the broadcasting company Rustavi, responds to the owner of 9% shares of "Rustavi 2".Nino Nizharadze"s lawyer said today that if the arbitration agreement will be signed, the court will withdraw the suit from the court.

According to Tamta Muradashvili, partners should discuss the alternative solution of dispute and therefore the partners" meeting will be held.
"We , the lawyers of the company will not be able to agree, because this decision should be made by partners. That is why the meeting is scheduled. Partners will discuss the issue and they will make all decisions, "Tamta Muradashvili said.
