"If we see that negotiations enter into a deadlock, we will immediately get involved" - Kobakhidze talks about miners` strike

The Chairman of the Parliament is planning to meet with Chiatura miners only if the negotiations with the company will enter a deadlock. Despite yesterday"s meeting where miners failed to reach an agreement with employers, Irakli Kobakhidze thinks that negotiation resource is not exhausted. According to him, they will be instantly involved in the case, as soon as they consider that there is no agreement can be reached between the miners and the company.
"We had a meeting with miners when we were with the Secretary-General and the Political Secretary in Chiatura. We promised to support the miners in these negotiations with the company. It is unfortunate that the agreement has not been reached yet, but the negotiations are ongoing. In case of necessity, we have also declared and we confirm that if we see that negotiations enter into a deadlock, we will immediately get involved. We hope that the negotiations will end successfully and the company and the miners will come to an agreement, "said Irakli Kobakhidze.
