The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia made a statement regarding the situation in the vicinity of Davit Gareji monastery complex.

According to Davit Zalkaliani, negotiations between the two countries should continue in peaceful conditions.

As Zalkaliani says, there should not be a perception, that the status quo in Gareji is changing.

"We have clearly underlined that it is necessary to suspend the processes, as long as the Delimitation Commission discusses specific issues," said Davit Zalkaliani .
