The fight against corruption by the head of the Government of Adjara is still a promise. The opposition reminded Tornike Rizvadze a month ago and demanded specific results.
Opponents offer assistance to Rizvadze and mention those projects where the alleged signs of corruption are clearly visible.
"Tornike Rijvadze specifically spoke and said about the facts and said that no corrupt person would have been in the position. However, one month has passed since then and no one of the officials has been dismissed as of today, no specific facts are submitted to the relevant agencies. We suspect that Tornike Rizhvadze is involved in this particular corruption deal, "said Ms. Mikhail Bolkvadze, a member of the UNM.
A month ago, Rizvazi announced the start of the fight against corruption at the Adjara government session.
