The issue of challenging the three non-judge members of the Council of Justice, the MPs may vote today on the initiative of "European Georgia" is planned at the Bureau session. The case concerns Levan Gzirishvili, Zaza Kharebava, and Shota Kadagidze. The opposition thinks that they are members of the Chinchaladze-Murusidze clan.
"They have executed their authority unjustly and supported the shameful list sent by the Supreme Council of Justice to the Parliament," said Sergi Kapanadze.
The initiative is supported by the "National Movement."
Tina Bokuchava said that it is important to break a certain number of pillars of the clan.
"This initiative will not be satisfied, because now Murusidze-Chinchaladze"s clan is the most important pillar in the court for the preservation of power," said Tina Bokuchava.
Unlike the "National Movement", the initiative of the European Georgia is not shared by the parliamentary majority. The ruling team evaluates the processes as a political game.
