"It"s ineffective to speak from the position of force, declare ultimatums and impose sanctions" - Gavrilov speaks of brotherly Christian love

"It will be effective to have a dialogue with brotherly Christian love," Russian MP Sergei Gavrilov said in his speech. Gavrilov spoke about the love of Christ in his speech at the Assembly of Orthodox Parliamentarians in Tbilisi.
According to him, it is ineffective to speak from the position of force and declare ultimatums or impose sanctions.
"The Inter-Parliamentary Assembly of Orthodoxy is based on the common spiritual, cultural, and historical heritage of our people. Our meeting is not held in a normal environment. Military conflicts, ecological and terrorist threats have become a threat to our orthodox world. Under such circumstances, the dialogue will be effective if held with brotherly Christian love. It is ineffective to speak from the position of force, bring out ultimatums and impose sanctions ... We know how hard it is for any person to live as a true Christian. But only in this case, we will be able to heal the wounds received in different conflicts and build a strong, united Orthodox world, "Gavrilov said.
