Giorgi Margvelashvili, the forth President of Georgia is in front of the Parliament. He evaluates the developments in front of the parliament and says that the Russians have provoked a pre-planned provocation.

Giorgi Margvelashvili calls on the government to avoid violence. He symbolically made an announcement in front of the April 9 Memorial and appealed to the police to never oppose young people.

"Russians will never make us  accept their reality. The will never be the Russian flag on the building of Georgian Parliament. I would like to call on my former compatriots to distance themselves from this violence, persecution of Georgian youth, the Georgian patriots in the streets , "said Margvelashvili.
