Alexei Pushkov, a member of the Federation Council, fully supports the initiative of the Russian Duma to impose sanctions on Georgia. He makes a statement on social network "Twitter" and writes that Georgia"s apology has expired.
"I support the State Duma. We heard too many anti-Russian statements in Georgia, we saw the provocation of Rustavi 2 and attacks on our tourists. They can now send their wine and water to their NATO allies free of charge - I do not think they will pay for it. We should not tolerate this. They missed a chance to apologize," the Russian Senator tweeted.
Pushkov advised the Georgian citizens suffering from Russian sanctions "to blame their government.
