The case is about the statement of Kibar Khalvashi, who appealed in the Prosecutor"s Office and accused Irakli Okruashvili to usage of fake documents.
Irakli Okruashvili says that it is necessary to be established that the documents are false and after that investigation will begin.
"If it is false the expertise should establish it. First, he should leave the samples of the signature. Until the expertise does not determine whether the document is false or not, such a statement is ridiculous," - Irakli Okruashvili said.
According to Irakli Okruashvili, three experts, including one foreigner, have already confirmed that the signature belongs to Kibar Khalvashi.
"He knows perfectly that this is his signature and that is why he does not go to the court for so long," - Okruashvili said.
