From today, Eka Beselia starts collecting signatures of MPs regarding the draft resolution prepared by lawyers. It is about the package of draft laws that the authors deem necessary to ensure an independent judiciary system. After the required number of signatures, the project will be initiated in the Parliament.
According to the leader of the party "For Justice", changes for the country"s healthy judicial system are inevitable.
"It is specifically defined in the draft resolution that a temporary commission should be created to study all the reasons that led to the critical situation and problems that exist today in the form of an influential group, as well as the events specifically referred to in the following legislative amendments to ensure that the actual result, "- Beselia said.
