Founders of "TBC Bank" Mamuka Khazaradze and Badri Japaridze are in Tbilisi City Court.
According to the current information, the Prosecutor"s Office requires one million Lari as a preventive measure.
According to Mamuka Khazaradze, they heard about this preventive measure from the press. Khazaradze says that he and Badri Japaridze have never violated the law and they are law-abiding people.
"We have heard from the press that we are asking a million lari that is the outcome of today"s government and today"s policy. They prefer 2 million lari of Khazaradze-Japaridze rather than much more valuable investment. Anaklia is a vital project for our country it is the development our country"s economics. The government supports the project of Anaklia on the one hand and on the other hand tries to destroy it. I"m talking about this with full responsibility. We decided that next week we will have a press conference, we will go out from this process not to give the government the opportunity for speculations," - said Khazaradze.
