Infrastructure Ministry Against Anaklia Consortium - Maia Tskitishvili"s Office blames Project Management of the Century project for failure to fulfill its obligations. The Ministry of Instruction issued a statement.
"It is unfortunate that the Anaklia Development Consortium, in its latest announcement, is still trying to divert public attention to the importance of Anaklia Port. From the very first day, the Georgian government promoted the construction of the Anaklia Deepwater Port in all international formats and invested $ 100 million in this project.
"It is well known to the public that the deadline for obtaining funding for the construction of the first phase of the port has been postponed many times since 2017 and has been postponed by the end of 2019 with the latest changes," the statement said.
Maia Tskitishvili"s office responded to the Anaklia consortium, which again accused the authorities of hindering the implementation of the project on July 27.
