The Ministry of Foregn Affairs of Georgia releases a statement.
The statement, published on an official webpage of the Ministry is told that Georgia and the west have failed to make conclusions as a result of developments of 2008.

"Instead of promoting good neighbourly relations between Georgia, Abkhazia and South Ossetia, official Tbilisi and the West are still stirring up anti-Russian hysteria, equip the region with weapons and promoting Georgia"s unilateral entry into NATO," the Russian Foreign Ministry said in a statement.
