On a question, if the government is able to start a procedure to write-off debts, the Chairman of the parliament claims that it is not up to the parliament to make a decision.
According to Archil Talakvadze, Rustavi 2 should not have a claim to write-off its debts.

"Till you start talking about restructuration, you must first say what was the state"s attitude to the debts of Rustavi 2,"- Archil Talakvadze said.
