German President Frank-Walter Steinmeier visited the village of Odzisi near the occupation line.

Steinmeier visited the occupation line together with his wife and listened to the problems of the locals. He also spoke to the EUMM representatives. The event was planned by the EU Mission. The Mission monitors provided the German President with information on recent human rights violations.

Frank-Walter Steinmeier is paying an official visit to Georgia. He has already met with the President of Georgia, Salome Zourabichvili, the Speaker of Parliament, Archil Talakvadze and the Patriarch of Georgia, Ilia ll.
