During the autumn session, the Parliament of Georgia will listen to five ministers in the format of "Ministerial Hour". The Chairman of the Parliament together with the Deputy Speaker informed the public about the legislative plans of the Parliament.
"With the creation of laws, parliament should effectively monitor how the bills are spent and how plans are implemented by various ministries", - said Parliament Speaker Archil Talakvadze.
Lawmakers will listen to the economy and finance ministers in November. In December, Education Minister Mikheil Batiashvili will appear before lawmakers. Committee hearings are also planned where 8 ministers will talk about 23 topics.
