The third high-level strategic dialogue on security issues between Georgia and the European Union will be held in Tbilisi.

During the meeting, the sides will discuss the current situation and security challenges in the region. They will also talk about the situation in the occupied regions. According to a spokesman of the Georgian Foreign Ministry, Vladimir Konstantinidis, the EU"s role in the peaceful settlement of the conflict will also be discussed:

"The meeting will focus on the issues of cooperation in defense and security issues, the ongoing processes in the occupied regions and the role of the EU in the peaceful resolution of the conflict", - said Constantinidis.
