The Guardian writes that Georgia has successfully slowed or stopped the spread of coronavirus.

According to the author, Georgia is one of the countries that managed to slow down the spread of coronavirus.

In its article British daily newspaper named the factors behind it which are travel restrictions, closure of nurseries, schools and universities.

The Guardian added that Georgia has only 252 confirmed cases and 3 deaths out of a population of 3.7m. The 3 deaths were all women, aged 79 to 86, who had underlying health conditions.
