The officers of Kakheti police department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a result of immediate operative and search activities detained K.G. (date of birth - 1978) for premeditated murder.

Committed crime envisages from 7 to 15 years of imprisonment.

Investigation established that in the village of Mskhalgori, detainee inflicted multiple injuries in back and face areas to his uncle0 T.G. (date of birth - 1955) who died at the place of crime to the received traumas.

Investigation is in progress on the fact of premeditated murder, article 108 of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
