The Service Agency of the Ministry of Internal Affairs provides services for the citizens on a daily basis and moves on to the next stage of providing services suspended due to the preventive measures against COVID-19 disease.

Service Agency takes recommendations of Inter-Agency Coordination Council of the Georgian Government into account in order to ensure safe environment for the citizens and calls on customers to wear medical masks while being at Service Agency venues.

On the second stage, beginning from May 25, theoretical exams for driver licenses will be resumed for those who made internet reservations and did not receive the service due to the restrictions imposed within the frames of the fight against coronavirus disease. These individuals are allowed to take theoretical test on a specific day appointed by the agency in the branch where the reservation was made.

From May 25, all procedures related to firearms registration will be completely resumed.

As for the references of the criminal record, the legal status of a person or a transport, references on crossing the state border and firearm legal status - applications can be filled online through the official web-site of the agency.

Registration and customs procedures for vehicles are carried out in a usual manner, on the daily basis.
