The de-facto authorities of Abkhazia will open the so-called checkpoint on the River Enguri, which separates Abkhazia from Tbilisi-controlled territory.
Citizens who have undergone treatment in the rest of Georgia will be able to return to the region.
According to the local media, the residents of occupied Abkhazia must have a document confirming that they conducted laboratory research on COVID-19. Otherwise, they will be tested for the virus.
Besides, all persons entering occupied Abkhazia will be required to be in self-isolation for 14 days.
