Citizens of Georgia traveling to Germany not to be placed under quarantine

Residents of Georgia will not need to be placed in mandatory quarantine upon arrival to Germany for business, education or health-related needs starting June 15.

Germany has not yet reopened its airspace for tourists from non-EU member states, including Georgia.

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia Davit Zalkaliani and the Ambassador of Germany to Georgia Hubert Knirsch discussed this issue during today’s meeting. Parties hope that regular flights between the countries will be resumed as soon as possible.
