Heavy hail has hit the villages of Dzveli Anaga and Jugaani in the Sighnaghi region. Vineyards, wheat fields, and watermelon and melon orchards in the villages were damaged. 

Hail continued for around half an hour and damaged about 70-90% of vineyards, fields and gardens, said locals.

According to the Mayor of Sighnaghi municipality, Gogi Gogilashvili, they currently do not have information about the exact extent of the damage.
