Tbilisi City Hall to start the reconstruction of Gotsiridze metro station

Tbilisi City Hall will allocate slightly more than USD 1 mln to reconstruct metro station Gotsiridze. Such a statement made today the Mayor of capital.

“The construction work will start in the coming days. The reconstruction includes roofing the subway platform, setting up two elevators and tactile paving. The station’s vestibule, the platform and rooms for employees will be reconstructed. A new sound system will be installed and the power system of the station will be changed. Besides, Gotsiridze metro station will be adapted for people with disabilities as well”, - said Kakha Kaladze.
