Out of 8 newly confirmed cases, one is medical staff. Such a statement made today the medical director of the Infectious Diseases Hospital.

“5 are imported cases and 2 are contacts with previously confirmed cases. Out of 5 imported cases, 2 are truck drivers. As for the recovered, 5 more patients have recovered from coronavirus and the percentage of a total of recovered persons is 80.5%”, - added Marina Ezugbaia.

Totally there are 1 168 cases of coronavirus in Georgia.
