The process of printing the ballot papers started on October, 23. It was monitored by 16 observers from 15 local observer organizations together with the CEC members.
In total, 7 102 600 ballots will be printed for 3 725 polling stations in seven printing houses of Tbilisi. Of 7 102 600, 3 160 900 ballots are allocated for Parliamentary Elections of Georgia by a proportional system, 3 097 800 ballots for Parliamentary Elections of Georgia by the majoritarian electoral system, 40 100 – Sakrebulo By-elections, 219 800 - Extraordinary Mayoral Elections, and 584 000 – Elections of the Supreme Council of Adjara.
It should be noted that ballots shall be also printed in ethnic minority languages: Georgian-Azerbaijani ballots will be delivered to 213 electoral precincts, while Georgian-Armenian to 135 electoral precincts.
