Civil activists held a protest rally in front of the Georgian Football Federation. They protested the fact that the fans were not allowed to attend yesterday’s football match between Georgia and Northern Macedonia, while the members of the ruling team were attending the event.
Participants of the rally were planning to send Geo Orwell’s “Animal Farm” to the federation, which led to a confrontation between the federation’s staff and activists.
“I wanted to enter the GFF and hand over a book to Kobiashvili, on which I was told that the chancellery was closed and the Federation was not working at all. At that time they themselves left the federation and we asked them why they were there if the federation was not working”, - said one of the activists.
Law enforcers are present on the spot.
