144 people test positive for coronavirus in “Saknakhshiri” – the company has suspended the production process.

“On November 13, PCR testing was conducted on all employees of the company (there are 1170 people employed). At this time, the test results of 1114 employees are known, of which 144 are positive.

Because of the current situation, the work process in the enterprise will be suspended for two weeks. The majority of the staff will move to isolation. The state ensures their transfer to hotels.

A special call center will be set up to monitor the health of infected people and their families. Disinfection in “Saknakhshiri” mines and on-ground complex has not been stopped. Employees will be tested again after a two-week quarantine”, - reads the statement.
