According to the Head of National Center for Diseases Control and Public Health, discussions were ongoing about restriction of public transport movement in big cities.
“On the one hand, we have to prevent further spread of the infection and to stop it, on the other hand, we shouldn’t damage the economy. These decisions will be much tougher and they must bring results.
I can confirm that work of public transport may be restricted in the big cities. Discussions are ongoing about this idea”, - said Amiran Gamkrelidze.
The Government is going to announce the decision about tighter restrictions on November 26.
