De-facto prime-minister of occupied Abkhazia Alexander Ankvab, who was placed in one of the Russian clinics with a diagnosis of COVID-19 a few days ago, is being assisted by an artificial ventilation device.
His health condition is assessed by doctors as “severe”, he underwent selective plasmofiltration.
Alexander Ankvab tested positive for coronavirus in late December. He was taken to the Russian hospital on January 8 with bilateral pneumonia caused by COVID-19.
