Movement of trucks and trailers prohibited at Gudauri-Kobi Road

According to the Roads Department of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia, due to glaze ice, on the Gudauri (Posta)-Kobi section of the Mtskheta-Stepantsminda-Larsi highway of international importance, the movement of trailers and semi-trailers is prohibited, while the movement is free for other vehicles.

Nonstop driving is allowed at Gudauri (Posta)–Kobi section, only through avalanche galleries.

Mentioned traffic mode will be enforced under direct supervision and coordination of the Patrol Police.
