Special area for pets to be arranged in Vake Park during the rehabilitation period, where they will be able to walk. Such a statement made today the mayor of Tbilisi.

“We communicated with the locals, and their request was to provide them with space for the animals. Of course, we took all this into account. As a result of this communication, an area will be arranged where people will walk their pets during the rehabilitation period. My request would be for the public to be informed about this space and its location”, - explained Kakha Kaladze.

He added that Vake Park would maintain its original appearance as it carries the status of cultural heritage.

Tbilisi City Hall, Environmental Protection Service, is carrying out full-scale rehabilitation works of Vake Park. Construction will complete by the end of 2021.
