The so-called government of occupied Tskhinvali region has appointed a citizen of this Republic Francesco Chiarelli as its Representative in San Marino.

Chiarelli held a press conference in San Marino, where he introduced journalists to the functions. As he said, the scope of the “Official Representative” will include establishing contacts between Tskhinvali and Marino, searching opportunities for the implementation of joint humanitarian and economic projects.

Special attention will be paid to cooperation in the field of tourism, issues of cultural exchange.
