Tbilisi City Court denied the reports on the alleged seizure of Formula.

“The Defense Ministry filed a lawsuit against defendants David Kezerashvili and Aleksandre Ninua, demanding compensation for the damage caused by their crime. No request has been submitted to the court to use a security measure, therefore, the court could not consider such a request”, - reads the statement.

Defence Ministry of Georgia filed a lawsuit against ex-Defence Minister David Kezerashvili and former Head of the State Procurement Department, Aleksandre Ninua. They are accused of misappropriation of over EUR 5 million envisaged for the military drills in 2008 through a corrupted deal without the supply of service.
