The population should realize the danger we are facing, said today the Director-General of Infectious Diseases, AIDS and Clinical Immunology Research Center.

“There are all the conditions in Georgia to make it difficult to manage a pandemic and the cases to increase even more.

There is only one thing that can help us: the population must realize the danger we face and use the opportunities offered by the Ministry of Health and the country’s leadership. First of all, this is vaccination”, - said Tengiz Tsertsvadze.

He also added that he approves the idea of introducing COVID passports in Georgia.
