Mikheil Saakashvili has refused to be involved remotely in the case of illegal crossing of the state border.

According to the judge of the Tbilisi City Court David Kurtanidze, their request was sent to the penitentiary institution, according to which, if the accused could not appear in court, he could participate remotely.
