Special forces and water cannons were brought into the yard of the 12th penitentiary institution in Rustavi, where Mikheil Saakashvili was transferred.

According to the existing information, the third president of Georgia was transferred from Gori Military Hospital to Rustavi 12th Penitentiary Institution late last night.
