Batumi City Court ordered pre-trial detention for Turkish businessman Galif Ozturk.

According to the judge Kote Chikaia, the court granted the motion of the Prosecutor’s Office, as the case is under investigation.

The defence is going to appeal the court decision, claiming that the Prosecutor’s Office filed an unfounded charge.
